Siddhartha Shankar
President, Strategy & Business Development, at Drishtee, Siddhartha has an extensive professional experience of more than 20 years. He completed his MBA and engineering degrees from University of Delhi. He was also a Chevening Scholar and attended the Leeds University Management School, UK. Prior to leading Drishtee, Siddhartha was Chief Executive, Bulk Cement Corp., Head of Sales, ACC (Associated Cement Corporation Ltd.), and a consultant at UNIDO.

Nitin Gachhayat
Co-founder and Strategic thinker, Nitin has been mainly involved with the functional teams responsible for developing new services and applications for rural India that can then be sold through Drishtee and other kiosk networks. He did his Masters in Business Administration from FORE School of Management and also has a vast working and learning experience with him. Presently also working in the Executive position in Drishtee as Chief of Functions.

Shailesh Thakur
Co-founder of Drishtee Development and Communication Limited and presently leading the new business team as Chief of New Ventures, Drishtee. Graduated from the Delhi University, Shailesh is using his life experience of rural background as well as professional exposure for scouting for new opportunities and challenges. His role is to ensure that any new and exciting idea which moves out of drawing board is thoroughly tested on the field before it is implemented/scaled.

                                                   

Satyan Mishra
Satyan is the co-founder and Managing Director of Drishtee. He is passionate about the concept of “creating an ecosystem for the rural and other marginalized communities for facilitating organic growth and overall development. Satyan, an Ashoka fellow is an MBA in International Business from Delhi School of Economics and has 12 years of entrepreneurial experience. Satyan comes from a middle class educated family of Bihar and is dedicated to his work and passion. He was nominated as the ZDNet Asia's Technopreneur of the Year later in 2006 and presently is a Member of the International Forums like Clinton Global Initiative and Young Asia 21 Forum of Rockefeller Foundation. Drishtee in Satyan's leadership has won many recognition and awards and the impact is seen in the 12000 odd entrepreneurs Satyan has helped create and sustain.

Sudhir Gupta
Sudhir Gupta is the Chief Operating Officer of Drishtee. Sudhir has extensive professional experience of more than 30 years. He has completed his Electrical Engineering degree from MS University Baroda. Prior to joining Drishtee, he was Director Software Development Engineering at Comverse. Earlier in his career he has been associated with leading organizations like Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Tata Honeywell and Bharti Airtel.

Sanmoy Das
Sanmoy Das has recently joined Drishtee as the Chief of Financial Services. He is a Bachelor Of Engineering (Mechanical) from Sambalpur University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar. His work experience has primarily been in the domain of retail assets ranging from product development to collections. He has worked for various organizations like Axis Bank & GECIS and has a cumulative work experience of 10 years.

Swapna Mishra
Swapna Mishra has worked in various capacities in Drishtee and has her core expertise in managing projects and assignments related to Marketing, Training, overall Drishtee model and process implementations. She has played a key role in defining the women entrepreneurship initiatives within Drishtee with a focus on sustainable rural development. Swapna is operating as the AVP, Marketing & Communication and is also the Chief Editor for the Drishtee Foundation publication Ek Naya Drishteekon in Hindi and an Internal Newsletter - Drishtee Times.

Tarun Arya
As an Assistant Vice-President, Process & Planning, Tarun is responsible for designing and planning for a range of systems and processes in place and in development phase in Drishtee. Drishtee's MIS and order management systems are the examples. Tarun, has a Masters in Computer Application and several years of experience with Drishtee now. Earlier he has worked with companies like Raymonds.

KB Singh
A Science Graduate from Bhopal KB Singh is associated with Drishtee since its inception. He is working as Controller Products & special Projects and involved in various key activities of team Drishtee. He has a special skill for taking challenge of pioneering new initiatives especially at the piloting and initial implementation level. With the zest of self learning and motivation to contribute, he has always set new benchmarks of operational excellence for the team. Starting from early ICT kiosk model delivering e-governance services, KB has been a part of the outstanding execution of Rural Distribution system of Drishtee. He has also spent some part of his career with another ICT based company, Vidya Online (LSP of nLogue Communications, Chennai) and brought in a positive perspective to the team.

Vikas Mukundan
Vikas has over 16 years of rich experience in business development, business planning, strategy and consulting in different industry verticals such as manufacturing, business consulting. Before joining Drishtee he worked in the travel and air transportation vertical in the IT/ BPO space for over 10 years.Though Vikas has been associated with Drishtee for a considerable time, he formally joined the organization in March 2011 to lead Drishtee’s ambitious new project, the Model Village Project, which envisages stimulating rural India’s economy by creating an ecosystem that shall provide sustainability to micro enterprises in villages. Vikas has a Masters degree in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and has varied interests in music, numismatics and traveling.

Dr. Minal Singh
Dr. Minal Singh works with Drishtee- a social enterprise operating in rural Indian space as AVP (Healthcare). Her main role at Drishtee is strategic planing and implementation of various public health projects for rural communities. She is also responsible for partnership building and relationship management with various healthcare organisations and institutes. She holds a postgraduate degree in Masters of Public health (International Health) from University of Leeds, UK. She has worked for National Health Services, UK on social marketing campaigns. Under her leadership, various social franchisee based health models were launched for low cost delivery of health care services . One of such model, addressing needs of pregnant females has won prestigious “Healthy Mother Healthy World Competition” by Ashoka's Changemakers & Maternal Health Task Force. The model was declared as a winner among 208 maternal health models from more than 40 countries across the globe. Having worked with organisations like Merck pharma, Nestle', Colgate, Pfizer, Infosys etc for various health interventions, Dr Minal has wide range of exposure as a health project implementer.

Paragdhar Konwar
He holds a B.Tech in Agriculture , Engineering from NERIST and has completed Certificate course from COADY International Institute under St. Francis Xavier University, Canada along with MDP certificates from XLRI, Jamshedpur . His main attributes are planning and implementing of Drishtee services. His core competent areas are rural marketing, supply chain management , nurturing rural youth entrepreneurs, establishing sustainable service to the rural community, financial service, management, liaison with government and financial institution. He offers a unique mix of social spirit combined with commercial focus and has the distinction of the leading the first rural unit to commercially sustainability. A formerly international Taekwondo player he is a born leader who always emphasizes on discipline and performance while remaining equally sensitive towards the needs of his team members and rural community. Prior to Drishtee he has 16yrs experience with International Development enterprises (IDE) in Aril and Tea sector.

Randhir Datta
Randhir heads the Research, Promotions and Piloting wing of Drishtee Foundation. He is M.Tech. in Industrial Engineering & Management from ISM, Dhanbad. He has over 28 years of rich experience in research, business modeling, project implementation and management functions in various capacities in major industrial sectors. He has headed numerous projects on social research, market research, evaluation studies, impact studies, quality systems, and implementation of development projects for various organizations. He is also a certified lead auditor for quality management systems. His capability in research design, quantitative and qualitative analysis, report writing and deep interest in social sector on development initiatives are the key factors for the success and achievement of any project.
