Anantha Nageswaran
Dr. V. Anantha-Nageswaran is a Managing Director with Bank Julius Baer (Singapore) Ltd. and is the head of Investment Research for Asia-Pacific and Middle East. Bank Julius Baer is a Swiss financial institution and manages both institutional money and offers private banking services to high networth individuals globally. Other than Drishtee, he has been an angel investor for many technologies in India that have sought to bridge the digital divide on a commercially viable basis such as the Simputer (www.picopeta.com), n-Logue, etc.

He has been writing regularly for financial newspapers in India since 1996. Since February 2007, he has been writing every week on Tuesdays for MINT, a new financial daily published by India's Hindustan Times and Wall Street Journal. He got his Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad in 1985 and his doctoral degree from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1994 for his thesis on the empirical behaviour of exchange rates.

 

 

Hardika Shah
Is an accomplished executive with Accenture's Communications and High Technology practice holding 14 years of management consulting experience across multiple industries and borders. Her core skills are in understanding key business challenges and creating and developing new capabilities. Currently, Shah is the global product marketing lead for the Embedded Software Initiative within Accenture, responsible for the launch and expansion of a new business area for Accenture to offer embedded software services to its client base.

  

Dr. Martin Kasper
Dr. Martin Kasper has more than 20 years of senior management roles in industry as Managing Director of HAKO-Werke and also of Linde fork lift trucks, both global leaders in the investment goods industries and also as Managing partner of Accenture for manufacturing industries, a global leader in the service industry. He is 1958 born, married with three children and based out of Frankfurt, Germany. He has done his studies in Mainz, Koblenz, Karlsruhe (all Germany) and in Berkeley, Stanford (US). Dr. Martin comes with a bright academic record of being a Master of Engineering, Master of Business and Ph D in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

Since 2006 Dr. Martin Kasper operates as a social entrepreneur, founder of Childaid Network, a charity that focuses on giving access to education to deprived children and young people around the world and a member of the board of the Accenture foundation. He is now bringing inhis rich professional and personal experience and supporting and guiding Drishtee as an esteemed adviser.   

 

 
  

Harsh Gupta, IAS (Retd.), Senior Advisor
A former senior Indian civil servant of the 1966 batch, Mr. Harsh Gupta served as the Chief Secretary,Himachal Pradesh. Prior to that he held several senior positions in the State Government as Additional Chief Secretary (Power and Industries), Chairman of the State Electricity Board (HPSEB), Secretary (Agriculture,Rural Development and Panchayati Raj), and Managing Director (State Financial Corporation). In the Federal Government, Mr. Gupta served in the Ministry of Commerce as Executive Director, India Trade Promotion Organisation. Previously, he also served in the Department of Defence Production and Ministry of Steel and Mines.

T.N. Tiwari
With a degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, he joined ACC (then The Associated Cement Companies Ltd.) as a Graduate Engineer Trainee and rapidly rose to head several large Cement Plants. He later became Director Operations. However, he later established himself as a great Human Resources Person and became head of HR and later Head of Procurement and Head of Corporate Affairs. In a career spanning almost 40 years in ACC, he is well regarded in the industry, TN Tiwari shares with the team in Drishtee a passion of Rural Development and uplift of the Poor. He has invested his own funds to set up a Rural primary school in Phulpur block of Allahabad district in Eastern UP and now along with his wife spends half his time there and the rest devoted to ACC.
